Shipping & Withdrawal

The following terms apply:

1. Shipping Conditions

For orders over €100, no shipping costs are charged for deliveries within Germany.

For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €4.90 applies for deliveries within Germany.

For orders over €150, no shipping costs are charged for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland.

For orders under €150, the shipping fee for deliveries to Austria is:

2. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, shipping within Germany takes approximately 2–4 business days (Austria and Switzerland 2–6 business days). Delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping is carried out via DHL.

5. Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

– You or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these are delivered together;

– You or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, provided you ordered several goods under a single order and these are delivered separately;

– You or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided you ordered a product that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ruff Golf UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Brookdamm 6, 21217 Seevetal, Germany, Email: service@ruff.golf) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement for items capable of being shipped by parcel until we have received these items back or you have provided proof of returning the items, whichever occurs first.

We will collect items that cannot be sent by parcel.

You must return or hand over items capable of being shipped by parcel to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the items before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning parcel-capable items. We bear the costs of returning items not capable of being shipped by parcel.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

– Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

– Delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;

– Delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and the actual value of which depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;

– Delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for:

– Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

– Delivery of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

– Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
